Privacy Policy
Effective 2026-10-01
What we collect
- Information you submit: your HOA or community name, first and last name, email, telephone number, and your answer to whether your HOA charges short-term rental fees.
- Context about the visit: the page where you submitted the form, the first page you visited on this site, the referring website, campaign (UTM) parameters, and your browser’s user-agent string.
- Security data: to prevent abuse we keep a one-way, keyed fingerprint derived from your IP address. We do not store the IP address itself with your submission.
- Usage counts: we count events such as page views of a community page or clicks on a governing document, without your name or form contents.
Cookies
We use a small number of first-party cookies: one that protects the form against cross-site forgery, and one that remembers the first page and referrer of your visit for up to 30 days so we know which pages are useful. If an analytics service is enabled for this website, it may set its own cookies; form contents are never sent to it.
How we use it
We use your information to contact you about your HOA fees, to evaluate whether the firm can help, and to improve this website. We do not sell your information. We do not use your information to build public community pages, and we do not send it to artificial-intelligence services.
Who sees it
Your submission is stored in a database used only for this website and is available to the firm’s attorneys and staff who handle intake. If an email notification service is configured, a copy of your submission is emailed internally to the firm. We may disclose information if required by law.
Retention and security
Submissions are kept as long as needed to evaluate and handle your matter and to meet the firm’s professional obligations. The website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), access to submissions requires authentication, and backups are access-restricted.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your submission, or to stop contacting you, by emailing a@perronglaw.com. We may need to keep some information if the law or professional rules require it.
Children
This website is intended for adult property owners and is not directed to children.
Changes
We will post changes to this policy on this page with a new effective date.
